Cephalgy

The formation „Cephalgy“ exists since 1997.

At that time still under the name "Sven West",
an old friend and former member became the
band without further ado to CEPHALGY
(lat of “Zephalgie” = headache!) of whom withdrawal.

By the friendly band “Accessory” achieved the contact
to the current label "OUT OF LINE", where also the
debut album “Engel sterben nie/
trans. ANGELS NEVER DIE” appeared in 2004.

With a fusion of long-proven sounds and structures teamed with modern electro
sounds and spoken with a kind of grave
voice by Jörg “Cephalgy” escapes the
listener into a world of thoughtful texts,
combined with always danceable rhythms.

The whole texts and music come from frontman
Jörg during Cephalgy acts on stage as trio.

At live-shows the trio convinces by the
futuristically seeming clothing of the
Keyboarders on their machinery and by the
enormous animation potential by Joerg, who
animates even the dreariest heap to movement.
