The one-man project was founded in 1999, when the electronic style a'la Hocico Suicide Commando and Co. developed more and more.

Already in this year also the first album in self-direction appeared.

In the year 2002 the contract with "Noitekk" was signed.

From now on HIOCTAN should shape the scene together with other known labelacts like GRENDEL, CYBORG ATTACK, ASLAN FACTION, TACTICAL SEKT a.s.o.

The basis of the favourite “H” tracks are trance synths, hard beats, moving basslines and extreme distorted vocals.

Who thinks of a poor imitation of mention acts is completely wrong! From year to year the music developed itself continuously.

Fully developed sound ideas meet proven structures and promise a club hit one after another.

This shows also the enormous success of the new album "Concentraion Overload", which reaped extreme positive criticisms.

HIOCTAN turns out to be a pure animation miracle at their liveshows, who pushes their audiences without exception to moving!
